TRACY MAURY
Tracy, a Florida resident since 1988, is originally from Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. She began her fitness and wellness career working with seniors in nursing homes and retirement communities as a Recreation Therapist. Later Tracy branched out into group fitness at various health clubs and fitness centers in the Palm Beach area of Florida. She teaches both seniors and youth fitness programs, aquatic exercise and all types of group fitness classes. As she continues to work in Palm Beach with the rich and famous, Tracy is now focusing on a more therapeutic way of training using post rehabilitative skills along with Pilates. Tracy has been certified in all aspects of Pilates with The Pilates Institute of America for over 3 years and works as a Master Instructor.
