Live Workshops

PIA's  Live Workshops are THE BEST WAY to learn the theory, principles, techniques, philosophies and exercises of the late Joseph H. Pilates. These hands-on teacher training workshops include personal tutoring from a PIA Master Instructor so that each student learns teaching tips for various levels of Pilates instruction on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Many of these workshops offer CEC's for Fitness, Pilates, Wellness and Physical Therapy.

Online Workshops

These workshops allow you to learn the theory, principles, techniques, philosophies and exercises of the late Joseph H. Pilates ANYTIME, ANYWHERE ONLINE. These workshops afford you the convenience of taking our Pilates training courses on your computer at your leisure and earn CE credits, renew a certification or learn a whole new Pilates repertoire.  Many of these workshops offer CEC's for Fitness, Pilates, Wellness and Physical Therapy.

Workbooks & Workout DVD's

Workbooks and DVD's are available in electronic download or hard copy versions. All the PIA workshops and courses include a FREE copy of the workbook. Many Students buy the workout DVD's for themselves or to sell to their clients.

Downloads

To help keep your workouts fresh, we have created a variety of client workout programs and choreography samples for you. New samples are added regularly. If you don't see a program for your particular client or class please contact us and we will create one for you. We also have Cheat Sheets for each of our Pilates Programs.
