Barrel Workshops
This intensive 2-day Barrels 1 & 2 workshop offers the fundamental exercises for three different barrels (Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector Barrel (Step Barrel) and Ladder Barrel). More than 180 exercises for beginner and intermediate will be taught during this intensive format. Focus is on safety, correct execution, hands on training and developing the Pilates "eye".
Course Fee $459: includes Continuing Education Credits & Certificate of Completion
Course Fee $349: Includes the Live Workshop, a Fully Illustrated Color Workbook, Continuing Education Credits and a Certificate of Completion.
Certification Testing Fee $19.95: For those wishing to teach the PIA Barrels material to clients, a PIA Barrels 1 & 2 Certifcation is required. Within 90 days of taking your Barrels Workshop you may enroll in our PIA Barrels 1 & 2 Certification Test and take the secure online test to receive your teaching certificate. Teaching certificates are good for 12 months from the date on which the test was passed and may be renewed by obtaining a minimum of 8 hours of continuing education.
