COMPLETE REFORMER WORKSHOP

This course is designed to give group fitness instructors and personal trainers the intermediate repertoire of Pilates exercises for use on the Pilates Reformer.  The 2-day format serves as education time and practice time.  A comprehensive manual/study guide is included in the course.  Students obtain a thorough understanding of the intermediate Pilates Reformer program, including regressions and progressions for various fitness levels.  Postural assessment and alignment will be addressed throughout the course as the fundamental principle behind the exercises.  Students will be given enough information to teach an intermediate/advanced Pilates Level II Reformer session or group class but emphasis is also placed on developing teaching skills, hands-on training competence and postural self-improvement for demonstration purposes.  The student shall not be considered a qualified Pilates instructor until such time that all courses, exams and apprenticeships have been successfully completed.  Teachers must renew and refresh their training and teaching skills every two years.

Reformer Foundations serves as a pre-requisite for this workshop.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final, however transfers are allowed for a $49 processing fee.
SCHEDULE CHANGES: PIA has the right to cancel or re-schedule any advertised workshop for any reason. Students will be offered free transfers or refunds for any workshops cancelled by PIA.
